I really enjoyed taking this LAST course online, at my own pace, esp during Covid times. I found Robert’s course to be a great addition to Randy Persad’s MFR: Restoring the Mobility of the Clavicle. It’s great to see how both courses compliment each other and am able to incorporate in daily practice. Thank you… Read more “I really enjoyed taking this”
I ‘ve just finished the full year course and i can state without hesitation that this entire course has made me a more focused patient and thoughtful Therapist I’ve slowed down my treatment pace with much better results for my clients.
I was beginning to collect and develop this information on my own because I knew my client’s pain was real and I was unable to reverse their symptoms.
I am excited to receive the posters and the accompanying information to take my practice to the next level.
By the way, a big thanks… Read more “I was beginning to collect”

Great information & techniques .
The information in these courses allow us to aid patients recovery from an informed position .
This is the first online cec course I’ve done and to be honest I was not looking forward to it! I generally find it hard to stay focused and engaged on the computer but Robs videos managed to keep me engaged and interested.
I will be recommending this course to my fellow RMTs.
Will definitely improve my skills treating post MVA shoulder pain
I truly appreciate Robert as a RMT whose gift is his passion for Massage therapy, the profession, education, experiential learning, precision, specificity of palpation, slow rhythm, load transition, patience, and trust in the process of ease! I found Robert Libby’s teaching of theory and demo’s clear, articular and easy to understand.
I plan to use these techniques and principles in my practice as a RMT.
I found this course to be extremely thorough and am excited for these techniques to be a part of my practice!
In such gratitude for your awesome precision, application, and passion in your work which is helping me to request ligamental work in my own self-care treatments with practitioners and to intervene in a more effective way with my clients!
I took your live course last October in Red Deer AB. I learned a lot that afternoon so I was very excited to see all the online courses you offer!
It is an excellent resource opening up a new angle to treat shoulder issues and pain. I have been using those techniques to a patient along with the learning and it works right away! Definitely will incorporate these techniques and will repeat learning those techniques until naturally using them in my following treatments.
As an experienced RMT needing CEC credits, I just stumbled onto Roberts L.A.S.T Techniques for the Shoulder course.
Having taken many CEC credit courses over 17 years, I have never been as optimistic and excited about using techniques as I am having just completed this one. Before even finishing this course I used some… Read more “As an experienced RMT needing”
Hey, thanks for the post.Really thank you! Really Cool.
This course is very useful for practice and deserves more than 2 CEC. Thank you.
I’m thrilled that a course is being offered on the topic of chronic shoulder problems and also that it’s local. Thank you Robert. I practice on my own in Kamloops and graduated in 2009.
Very nice Videos, your palpating and anatomical presentations very good and enjoyable, thank you
It says to contact you if there is an interestin the 2018 live courses. Yes, I am. I’m hoping the schedule will be out soon. I’m going to try to purchase miles from someone as a trade so will only need to find housing. Do you have people who will host someone coming… Read more “Hello,It says to contact you”
Hi Rob…. Fellow RMT here. In an internet filled with poorly made videos, your work stands out. I have been watching online orthopedic videos for years, and I rarely find one that is simple, to the point, and without much ego/showcasing of the practitioner. Thank you for your work!
Robert Thank you for putting together this video series. It is often underappreciated the time and effort that goes into these pieces. Looking forward to using the assessment and treatment techniques to improve pain outcomes measurements with future and current patients!! Richard Lebert

This course was great! Revived and expanded ideas I had about treating. This has givin me a refreshing view on treating symptoms for some clients I had been having difficulty getting to the root of the problem. Very excited to apply these new techniques.
Thank you for this experience and newfound knowledge.
I really enjoy Rob’s LAST courses. Not only are they a good refresher for anatomy and palpation skills, but the techniques are precise and great tools to have in my everyday practice. Incorporating ligamentous articular strain techniques especially with the knee has helped me overcome my hesitation with treating clients after various knee surgeries. Thanks… Read more “I really enjoy Rob’s LAST”
Robert Libbey’s LAST course for posture is wonderfully innovative in how it approaches posture. Clear instruction and generous time given to practice makes it easy to integrate these specific, effective techniques into your practice immediately. I’ve been using them all week to great response from my patients and with demonstrable benefits during reassessment. Thanks for… Read more “Robert Libbey’s LAST course for”
That was great, so much information. Well laid out and easy to follow. Thanks Rob. Will be doing another one soon.
I have been using the LAST techniques taught by Rob over the last two years. Time and time again my patients are amazed at the relief they get after only one treatment. These are patients that have “tried everything” and nothing works. Rob, you are a game changer and I am grateful for these techniques.… Read more “Time and time again my patients are amazed at the relief they get after only one treatment.”
Great info as always. Your courses are always applicable to my practice and never a waste of time. Thanks
I really enjoyed the course and surprisingly enough I use the sternum release the most. I’m still trying to find the perfect pressure but really enjoying the new techniques.
The techniques are precise and easy to integrate into practice. I would definitely recommend This course
Firstly I have an ankle with a plate & nine screws in it. The Tibia was broken in two places & the fibula had a nice spiral fracture. I was in a cast for 2 months. My foot also had some problems. After your course my foot felt so much better. Thank you. Secondly I… Read more “Firstly I have an ankle”
The course is great. I cant wait to see more, especially the thoracic and postural. Any hope for the upper extremities also? This is definitely what an online course should be. Thanks again for your continued efforts.
At the WCCMT demo a few years back you showed one technique. I have used that one technique several times now, in one case a dancer had come in with ankle pain and I used that technique and she was able to go to California for her competition.
Thanks for the case study Robert! I really appreciate the valuable information. It is always good to be reminded to think outside of one’s usual treatment plan. Great video! You always keep me thinking Robert! Thanks for your passion and efforts toward making the profession live up to it’s potential.
I took the Foot course a couple of weeks ago. I have used two or three techniques with most of my clients, and because I was eager to use my new knowledge I would poke around with most of my clients’ knees, legs and feet and, if something was sore I would use the appropriate… Read more “Keep up the incredible work.”
I am using the LAST techniques in my practice and love it …especially the arm techniques!
Relying solely on tissue response, I had one very interesting reaction in a patient just yesterday, regular myofascial release techniques hadn’t made much difference, and trigger point therapy was proving too painful. At the beginning of the treatment, I noticed what seemed to be a lot of funny twitching and variations in tension. As I… Read more “I Will Alternate Between L.A.S.T. I loved the course and the treatments!!!! I can’t wait for the next level. I do use it in a lot of treatments. My patients love the addition! Positive results and feedback.
I enjoyed how layed back the class was. I learn that way so it was perfect for me!
I’ve managed to incorporate the technique into several of my treatments, most especially my patient with carpal tunnel/TOS. The sternal/chondral techniques have been particularly helpful with my patients with upper back problems. The course itself was awesome! I definitely thought it was a good balance of hands-on/demo time. I particularly liked that it was a… Read more “The Course Itself Was Awesome!”

I initially injured my right wrist over a year ago and have just lived with the pain. After the treatment, I took the 3 days off as you instructed and started lifting weights again with only mild discomfort. For what I did with it, last week was probably the best week since the injury.
I have a patient who suffered from stress fractures and calcaneal pain. After the treatment, the Patient had stated “OMG this is the best my ankle has felt in years.” Her Ankle made an almighty “clunk “and the patient reported that, “it felt like it’s needed to do that for ever”. Interestingly, traditional joint mobs… Read more “L.A.S.T. is invaluable!!!”
It was a great course. Incorporated a few of the very basic techniques into a treatment today and the client said it was the best treatment he’s ever had.
It was a fantastic learning and treating experience. Robert was as brilliant as usual – but being able to validate the new techniques with some rapid wholesale changes was truly exciting and fulfilling. Thanks to the class and to Rob for such an enriching and interesting weekend.
I am stunned at the amazing results I’ve been getting with LAST! And I am fascinated with the non-muscular responses i.e. sudden very high energy, emotional releases, etc. Fabulous stuff, Rob! Can’t wait to take the next course!!
I wanted to thank you for such a fulfilling course. I could list 10 rather serious pain cases that have already seen marked improvement. My favorite was a patient who has been an ER nurse that had a floating bone fragment between the talus/calcaneus pinching into the achilles and surrounding areas. The patient received a… Read more “Thanks For Such A Fulfilling Course”
