Great Videos on “The Medial Collateral Ligament of the Knee”

In a couple of weeks I’ll be instructing my Knee Leg & Foot course.
As I was preparing and updating the course content, I was perusing the web looking for new info on MCL’s an came upon these great videos I think you will appreciate.

In this 3 Part Series, Marc Schmitz, MSc outlines and discusses the newest information pertaining to the Anatomy, Biomechanics and Examination of the MCL.

In 2013 I reported on a newly discovered knee ligament called the Anterolateral Ligament (ALL). Feel free to read all about it here.

Enjoy the ALL information and the following videos by Marc Schmitz, MSc.

Part 1 – Anatomy

Part 2 – Biomechanics

Part 3 – Examination
